un an, one year !

Un an de bonheur. Happy birthday Ruben !

Je me rappelle, le 20 mars 2011... Et maintenant c'est un petit garçon qui est avec nous et non plus un nourrisson.


Un an, c'est aussi :
- 5 dents
- une dizaine de visites chez le médecin
- près de 300 litres de lait
- 363 nuits interrompues ou trop courtes
- environ 2000 couches

Susan et Kalpana avaient apporté gateau et cadeaux.

Puis nous sommes allés à un 'play-dough play group', où les petits ont joué avec de la pate à sel, malaxé de la jelly et enfin découvert la consistance des cremes au chocolat.
Things were still pretty tame at first.

Then it got quite wild.


All in all, I would say quite a nice birthday. And a special treat for the parents - Ruben slept almost round the clock last night non stop, a first. Much better than the 6 am wake up call from the past weeks.
